Colebourne had some superb entries for the Science Competition. Well done to everyone who entered. Judging was really tricky! A winner from each Key Stage was selected and on Thursday those children spent the day at Birmingham University, showcasing their investigations to the university judges and looking at the projects of children from other schools. Later they were shown some intriguing experiments, using liquid nitrogen, by scientist from the university. Everyone had a fabulous time, especially Khadijah who won 2nd prize in the Key Stage 1 section and was presented with a lovely medal. All competition entries are on display in the school atrium until next Wednesday. Come and see them and be impressed!
