This week, Year 3’s maths lessons have been focused on estimating, measuring and comparing lots of different things!
Our work has included: measuring the length of our shadows and comparing it to our height; estimating the size of a puddle that we would make from different capacities of water (and measuring to see if we were right!); racing to see who could move the largest mass of sand in 20 seconds; and finally combining all of these skills in order to make cookies today!
Phew! What a week!
